We do send all packages under 2.0 KILO as "normal"air-letter.
Because this it the fastest and cheapest way for you as customer.
If you want the items shipped with insurance you can select that in "Shipping" procedure.
We do not take any responsibility for lost mail if not sent with insurance, but its very rarely anything are lost.
Uniforms are always sent as Package with tracking number and insurance.
